A 23-year-old resident of Taibeh was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a municipal inspector and threatening his life in Bnei Brak. He was brought to the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court for an extension of his detention.
According to the suspicions, the city inspector noticed a suspect who committed a traffic offense and wrote him a ticket, after which the suspect approached the inspector with an iron bar, attacking him and threatening his life.
