Eliezer Rivlin, the Ombudsman for Judges, is recommending that disciplinary action be brought against Judge Ronit Poznanski-Katz as a result of her texting with a representative of the Israel Securities Authority in connection with the detention of suspects in the investigation into allegations of improprieties at the Bezeq communications company.
This means that she will not a face criminal trial and will not lose her position.
