36 people were injured during the Tel Aviv Marathon which took place on Friday.
One of them, a tourist from Ukraine, was seriously injured from heat stroke and was evacuated to hospital. Another 10 people were moderately injured from heat and heart problems, and the rest were lightly injured.
In addition, Magen David Adom paramedics provided clinical treatments along the routes of the marathon to participants who suffered from exhaustion, felt ill or were lightly injured, and who were released after receiving first aid.
