Doctors in Syria: We cannot treat Ghoutta-area wounded

Doctors in Ghoutta, the rebel-controlled suburb of Damascus, say they are unable to deal with the many casualties from the Assad regime's air strikes.

The attacks have forced about 400,000 people to leave their homes and hide in shelters.
