The Supreme Court has given the state 48 hours to respond to a request for an interim injunction against the continued release of the bodies of the terrorists by the government and the political-security cabinet.
The petition was filed this morning by the family of Lieutenant Hadar Goldin - whose body has been held by Hamas in Gaza since 2014 - following the release last Friday of the body of the terrorist who carried out the attack in the Samarian town of Har Adar, in which three Israelis were murdered and another was wounded. The Goldin family also requested that the state inform the public about the release of terrorist bodies to their families 72 hours in advance.
