Justice Dov Gilboa of the military court supported a minority opinion for the death penalty for the terrorist who murdered the Salomon family in the settlement of Neve Tzuf and wounded another.
Lieutenant Colonel Gilboa wrote, "I observed the face of the defendant which was filled with a smile all the time, even in the face of the family members who described the act of murder. I state that the defendant's sentence is only one - the death sentence!"
