Former Prime Minister Ehud Barak responded on Twitter this morning to Prime Minister Binyamin "Bibi" Netanyahu's remarks against Police Commissioner Roni Alsheikh, saying, "Panic on Balfour [Street, home of the Prime Minister's residence -ed.], bribery, fraud and breach of trust - suddenly the suspect has no absolute confidence that the attorney general can or will want to rescue him."

Barak continued, "The result is an hysterical attack on the police commissioner. Distress and hysteria are leading Bibi. That's not how to manage a state. In a few days it would be time for a resignation or a 'declaration of incapacity.' This is also a test for the leaders of the Likud and the coalition."
