(AFP) - The Indian Foreign Ministry said on Monday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to arrive in the Palestinian Authority for the first time on Friday during a brief tour of the Middle East, in an overture seen as India's effort to balance its decades-old support for the PA against its growing closeness to Israel.
