Rabbi Solly Spiegeler, a Chabad Lubavitcher businessman, has decided to donate a quarter of a million shekels to soldiers and Border Guards stationed in the violence-married localities of Abu Dis, Hevron and Yitzhar.
Rabbi Spiegler said, "We must preserve the spirit of the soldiers and policemen in these difficult times and strengthen the people of Israel."
