Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh on Thursday was unfazed by the U.S. Treasury Department’s decision to add him to the list of global terrorists sanctioned by the U.S.
Speaking at a rally in Gaza, Haniyeh said that "the decision is null and worthless" and added, “Let them dip the decision in water and then drink it.”
