Incumbent Cypriot President Nicos Anastasiades will take part in a runoff election after the first round of voting on Sunday.
Anastasiades won 35.5 percent of the vote, which was not enough secure a win in the first round. He will face off against center-left, pro-reunification rival Stavros Malas.
