The Ministry of Health has announced that positive results were obtained for rabies in three jackals found in a plantation area belonging to Kibbutz Ein Harod Meuhad in the southern Harod Valley, outside the village of Kfar Ruppin and adjacent to the perimeter fence outside the Hamat Gader compound.
The Ministry of Health requests that anyone who has come into contact with the infected animal or a stray in the area or who has animals in his possession that may have come into contact to urgently contact the nearest health office to consider preventive treatment.
