The Ministerial Committee on Legislation has endorsed a bill initiated by MK Meirav Ben-Ari (Kulanu), which seeks to grant students two points of credit for their social activities in order to encourage social involvement.
At the initiative of Education Minister and Chairman of the Council for Higher Education, Naftali Bennett, a clause will be added to the proposal according to which ten days of reserve duty a year will be recognized as social involvement.
