The Haifa district prosecutor submitted to the local court an indictment against Ahmed Atmanna, a 25-year-old Qafr Kara resident, on charges of indecent acts with minors, sexual harassment of minors, blackmail and other charges.
Atmanna opened an Instagram account under an assumed identity and persuaded other minors to send naked pictures to him.
