MK Moshe Gafni(UTJ) referred to the media storm created by the recording in which he said that hundreds of non-Jewish supervisors would enforce the new Shabbat law.
Gafni said that his words were taken out of context and added that there would be no change in enforcement policy. He also said that he was referring not to the new Supermarket Law but rather to the Hours of Work and Rest law which is not being enforced.
