The Histadrut, the management of the Kopolek (Phibro Animal Health Corporation Israel) plant in Petach Tikva and the factory's workers' committee have signed a new collective agreement.
The company employs some 120 employees, who develop, manufacture, market and distribute vitamins and nutritional supplements for poultry and farm animals. As part of the agreement, valid for three years, it was determined that the basic salary of all the company's employees would be increased and updated to no less than NIS 5,800, which is significantly higher than the minimum wage.
