Mk Betzalel Smotrich referred to the deadly road accident in which a car hit a camel and a 13-year-old boy was killed as well as 8 others injured including four soldiers.
Smotrich said that the law he initiated to supervise and mark animals which has passed its first reading will place criminal responsibility on camel owners and will curb the phenomenon of roaming camels and the disastrous consequences.
