The Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office has filed an indictment in the city's magistrates court against owners of a spa in Herzliya for negligent death and negligent injury.
The charges stem from the death of Shalom Basson and injuries to two other victims after a fire broke out in the spa in 2012.
