Liberman submits proposal to normalize Havat Gilad

Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman submitted a proposal on Sunday to normalize the Havat Gilad outpost in Samaria as a permanent community. The action follows last week's murder by terrorists of Havat Gilad resident Rabbi Raziel Shevach.
