Civil Administration head: Havat Gilad 'top priority'

The director of the Civil Administration in Judea and Samaria, Brigadier-General Achvat Ben-Hur, arrived to offer condolences to the Shevach family at Havat Gilad.

Ben-Hur told the widow, Yael Shevach, that Havat Gilad is "the top priority for us."
