A judge in San Francisco on Tuesday night blocked President Donald Trump’s administration on Tuesday from ending the DACA program that shielded from deportation children brought to the United States illegally by their parents.
Trump announced in September that he would rescind the program. The judge ruled the program must remain in place while litigation over Trump’s decision unfolds.
