U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is planning to order a new high-level investigation into the incident in which some American diplomats who were stationed in Havana fell ill, the State Department said on Tuesday.
The accountability review board will be in addition to other U.S. probes, including one by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Cuba has denied any involvement in the incident.
