The Legal Advisor to the Ministry of Defense has published a memorandum of a law that to fight Palestinian Authority payments to terrorists and their families.
Under the measure, at the end of each year, the Minister of Defense will submit to the Ministerial Committee for National Security Affairs a report summarizing the data regarding the total annual payment to terrorist operatives that the Palestinian Authority has provided, directly or indirectly. According to the report, the amount will be deducted from the funds transferred by the government of Israel to the Palestinian Authority.
