The Knesset Finance Committee's deliberations were suspended Monday afternoon after Chairman Moshe Gafni failed to enlist a majority to approve an income-tax order.
The Magen David Adom emergency service has curtailed services in Judea and Samaria because Gafni refuses to approve a budgetary transfer of 5.5 million shekels for those services due to a dispute he has with his former health minister Yaakov Litzman regarding the budget of the United Hatzala emergency service.
