As of February 1, 2018, it will not be possible to print driver and vehicle licenses at branches of the Licensing Office. This applies to drivers whose license expired and did not receive the license to their address, or drivers whose licenses were lost or stolen and who wish to print a new license.
Licensing offices will continue to print driving and vehicle licenses only in cases where it is not possible to issue the license through the fast channels provided by the Ministry of Transportation to the drivers' authority. These are cases in which drivers are required to renew their license after revocation of a license by the police or court, writ of execution, and updating personal information or technical changes in the vehicle.
