The Tel Aviv District Prosecutor issued a prosecutor's declaration against 19 suspects in a criminal ring led by Ouda Kotier.
The prosecution accused them of three murders, including the murder of Avichai Waknin in February 2017 and the murder of Maria Ghanem and Tael Kadi in May 2016.
