Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked had adopted a committee recommendation and appointed the first Druze Execution Office judge, Attorney Malka Ouida Azzam from the village of Sajour.
"Diversifying the system is one of the principles I laid out upon entering my role. The appointment of Malka Ouida Azzam is a significant addition to opening the judicial system to new groups," Shaked said.
