The Military Court of Appeals rejected the appeal by the Military Prosecutor and ordered the release of Nur and Ahed Tamimi, who were documented hitting IDF soldiers in the village of Nabi Tzalah.
Tamimi will be forced to sign at a police station near where she lives every Friday at 12 until the end of legal proceedings against her.
