The police and the State Prosecutor's Office have decided not to open an investigation against the Arab Hebrew Theater of Jaffa, which hosted a conference in support of Palestinian Authority poet Darin Tatour, who was accused of inciting violence and supporting a terrorist organization.
The State Prosecutor's Office explained that this was not a conference in support of terror, as claimed by right-wing activist Shai Glick of the organization B'Tsalmo, and therefore no criminal investigation is required. Glick expressed his disappointment at the decision, saying, "I intend to ask the Finance Ministry's legal advisor not to cancel the decision to stop funding for this incitement, and to work to stop government funding for this theater and its ilk."
