The Jerusalem Municipality filed a petition to the Supreme Court against the Ministry of Finance and other government ministries on Sunday for violating a government commitment to provide a budget for the city in 2017.
The municipality said that the petition was filed due to the fact that the Ministry of Finance is preventing the transfer of 105 million shekels, which was committed within the framework formulated by a team led by the director general of the Prime Minister's Office and the head of the Budget Division.
