Youth who killed man who raped him to be paroled

Jonathan Hailu, who was convicted of killing the man who raped and blackmailed him, will be brought to the parole board Monday. President Reuven Rivlin last month shortened Hailu's prison term after he was sentenced to 12 years in jail.
