The Herzliya court acceded to a request by the Attorney-General to delay the hearing on the libel suit filed by Meni Naftali, a former worker in Prime Minister Netanyahu's residence, against a string of personages associated with the prime minister.
The Attorney-General raised concerns that continued discussions and revealing of sensitive documents could harm the investigation into the Residences Affair in which Sara Netanyahu and Ezra Saidoff, a senior member of the prime minister's bureau named in the libel suit, are due to testify soon.
