Employees of ECI Telecom held a protest in the dining hall of the company's headquarters in Petach Tikvah against the management's intention to fire about 100 of its 800 employees.
This week, after several demonstrations by ECI employees outside the house of controlling shareholder Shaul Shani and close to the company's site, the first meeting was held between management and workers' representatives.
