MK David Bitan's associates are checking whether his immunity can be used to prevent police from using bugging obtained from a furniture store, according to parliamentary journalist Dafna Liel.
The associates are convinced that police used improper methods to obtain information, since bugging devices require the approval of a judge.
The officials also sharply criticized police efforts to enlist Moshe Yosef at all price. "It is unreal what they are doing to release one person in order to incriminate another person."
