A source at the Bezeq communications company said on Tuesday that "because of the complexity of the problem at the moment we do not have an accurate forecast for the end" to sporadic loss of service in the Samarian Jewish community of Beit El.
The source said, "Unfortunately, it is impossible to prevent malfunctions, may they not happen, even though we maintain the infrastructure so that as few failures as possible will happen. At the same time we always try to handle every problem as quickly as possible in order to prevent damage to the service we provide. Sometimes dealing with the malfunction takes longer for various reasons. We are making efforts to expedite the repair as much as possible."
