Writing about Saudi Arabia's refusal to grant Israelis entry permits in order to participate in an international chess tournament that will open in Riyadh today, the spokeswoman for the Saudi embassy in Washington wrote on her Twitter account, "We allowed citizens of all countries to participate in the international chess tournament in Riyadh, except for the citizens of one country with which Saudi Arabia has no contact, so we maintained our policy."
