MK Dov Khenin (Joint List) blasted the “Recommendations Law” in a speech at the Knesset plenum on Monday evening.
"Instead of discussing the burning distresses of the public, this week we will deal only with the law meant to help Netanyahu evade the police," said Khenin. "Maybe this law is irrelevant to Case 1000 and Case 2000, but it is certainly relevant to new cases that have not yet been opened, such as the Submarine Affair and the Bezeq Affair.”
"The law will protect Netanyahu in Cases 3000 and 4000, and also in cases 5000 and 6000, which we do not yet know about, but I assume that Netanyahu knows very well about them, because otherwise he would not have panicked and brought the entire coalition for a reckless campaign aimed at approving the Recommendations Law this week, at the expense of all the other issues that the Knesset is supposed to discuss," he added.
