The Keren Kayemet Leyisrael-Jewish National Fund board of directors has approved a collective bargaining agreement with the workers' committee by a large majority with no opposition ad four members abstaining.
The agreement includes a minimum pension of 6,000 shekels a month for workers who receive low wages and training courses for workers. Contract workers in the areas of sanitation and maintenance will be absorbed as employees of the JNF.
