Internal Security Minister Gilad Erdan referred to the left-wing demonstration in Tel Aviv which included a mock guillotine display.
Erdan said that the decision whether to investigate the act for incitement is in the hands of the Attorney-General even though legally it could and should be defined as incitement.
Erdan added that "we always need to be concerned for the welfare of the prime minister"
