Givatayim mayor Ron Konik is expected to pass a by-law at the city council Monday allowing local businesses to open their doors on Shabbat.
The Haredi MKs are fuming at the delay in legislating the Supermarket Law which allows local councils to pass laws in the meantime permitting businesses to open Shabbat.
