The government is expected to approve the first stage of increases in disabled persons pensions starting from January, after Prime Minister Netanyahu and Finance Minister Kahlon agreed on 250 million NIS budget cuts from ministerial budgets in order to fund the first stage of the increased pensions arrangement.
The budget for the increases in disabled persons pensions will stand at 1.4 billion NIS for 2018.
