The Jerusalem District Prosecutor issued an indictment against David Zaguri, a 65-year-old Beitar Illit resident and his two sons, Yitzhak amd Shmuel Zaguri (ageed 18 and 22) as well as against 18-year-old Yehuda Suissa on charges of aggravated assault and threats.
The indictment states that a week and a half ago on Shabbat the four attacked a doctor at the Meuhedet local health clinic because he refused them medical treatment since they are not members of the Meuhedet health fund.
