The Jerusalem District Court has sentenced 20-year-old Murad Rajbi of the Shiloach or Silwan neighborhood to 15 years in prison for carrying out a terrorist attack in Jerusalem in October 2016.
According to the indictment, Rajbi was riding his motorcycle, armed with a knife, and when he spotted two youths who looked like religious Jews, sped up and collided with one of them. Rajabi then attacked the other young man with the knife and his helmet, and wounded him in the face. The court ordered the convicted terrorist to pay the first victim compensation of NIS 25,000 and the second victim NIS 5,000.
