MK Anat Berko (Likud) reacted to the news on Wednesday that the Shin Bet security agency foiled a Hamas terror cell that planned on kidnapping Israeli citizens on Hannuka. "There is nothing new in the fact that Hamas is trying to kidnap soldiers and civilians as bargaining chips in order to release security prisoners," said Berko. "Even when they dig tunnels, their dream is to kidnap soldiers because they demand a high price".
