A 27-year-old man from Ein Nakuba was arrested after he allegedly cheated and extorted from an elderly person more than 3 million NIS.
Police raided his home and found an expensive car and engineering equipment allegedly purchased from money taken from the old man.
The man was remanded in custody until Thursday and his wife was detained for interrogation.
