Professor Motti Ravid, director of the Mayanei Hayeshua hospital in Bnei Brak, has made it clear that the condition of Rabbi Aharon Leib Shteinman was critical and deteriorating.
Interviewed by Israel Defense Forces Radio, Professor Ravid said, "There is no hope of recovery. Medically there is nothing more to be done."
