Searches for illegal weapons by the Israel Defense Forces in cooperation with the Shin Bet Israel Security Agency, Border Guards and the Israel Police resulted in the seizure of Carlo machine guns in the Bethlehem-area village of Beit Fajr and in the village of Deir Tzamat in the southern Hebron hills.
A handgun was seized in the Hevron Hills village of Deir Al-'Asal.
