The Department of International Affairs of the State Attorney's Office filed a petition with the Jerusalem District Court to extradite Thomas Gross, a 63-year-old Herzliya resident, to the United States to try him for the murder of his mother, Ina Gross.
Yesterday the police arrested Gross for his extradition, and the court today extended Gross's detention until another decision.
