Hundreds of Muslims demonstrated Saturday night outside the US embassy in Berlin as part of protest activities by Muslims worldwide against US president Donald Trump's recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital.
During the demonstrations Israeli flags were burnt and there were calls condemning the Jewish nation.
Participants decried the "murder of children in Israel" as well as saying "death to Israel" in Arabic.
Clashes between police and demonstrators broke out after firemen tried to extinguish the fires and demonstrators tried to pass police barriers. 10 demonstrators were arrested.
