The Israeli Supreme Court ordered the Palestinian Authority (PA) to pay NIS 3 million to the family of murdered Israeli Amit Amos Mantin.
Mantin was killed in 2003 in the Israeli-Arab city of Baqa al-Gharbiyye by a terrorist who had recently graduated from a PA-run terror academy.
